Product description:
Pure silicone resin MSR228 is a poly methylphenylsiloxane stereoscopic prepolymer with active silicon hydroxyl groups polymerized by co-hydrolysis and special process of monomers such as methylchlorosilane and phenylchlorosilane. A paint film with a certain hardness will be produced by adding catalysts or heat the resin to condense hydroxyl groups.
Weather resistance
Excellent weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, and chemical stability.
Insulation
The residue after combustion is insulating silicon dioxide, which is not prone to cause serious damage.
Stability
After curing, the paint film is relatively hard, with a pencil hardness of grade B, and the electrical performance does not decrease at 200 ℃.
Temperature and moisture resistance
Excellent electrical insulation performance, arc corona resistance, high and low temperature resistance, and hydrophobic and moisture-proof properties.
