Product Description:
This product is a white powder to achieve various formula possibilities, easy to use. This product has a three-dimensional network structure with methyl and hydroxyl end caps. The average molecular weight can be precisely controlled by the ratio of M and Q units, and the M/Q ratio of this product is about 0.7. This product may have a slight solvent odor.
This product can be compounded with polydimethylsiloxane or dissolved in suitable solvents such as aromatic hydrocarbons, non aromatic hydrocarbons, hydrocarbon solvents, or lower alcohols, with excellent solubility.
Applications:
- Demoulding of polyurethane products; It is an efficient and highly compatible demolding component in plastic products.
-In the PUR process, it can be used to prepare release concentrates, high solid content or solvent based release agents, which have excellent release properties and will not accumulate scale on the mold. Individual MQ silicone resin does not affect the recoating properties of molded products. The adhesion and painting properties of molded products mainly depend on other combinations of release agents, and their performance must be tested.
