Applications:

• Widely used in metalworking fluids, infiltration, industrial cleaning, textile refining and other processes.

• As an additive, it can be applied in low foam/non-foam additive formulas; for printing process formulas, being a defoaming agent for pulp;while it can also be used in the system of other sections that require high pH working conditions as well as foam suppression.

• SIMULSION® M8350 is a medium viscosity emulsion, which can be easily transported from the original package with a piston pump. Centrifugal pump is not recommended, which will cause emulsion instability and it is more likely to cause emulsion stratification in extreme cases. Before preparing a low-viscosity formula and designing it, preliminary stability and compatibility tests must be conducted. Before stored it needs to be diluted, working with a small amount of thickener such as xanthan gum or polypropylene, and with an appropriate amount of anti-bacterial agent (such as 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-one) by being stirredslowly for 15 minutes.
